They let everyone know how long they might expect to wait, and there were clear signs showing where the line started ā simple details that made the process smooth and stress-free. Most importantly, when I mentioned I had more boxes, Noah went above and beyond. He offered me a dolly, stepped away to prop the door open, and even kindly lifted the boxes from the dolly onto the scale. Noah was kind, calm, and extremely considerate of what I needed. Iām grateful for the experience ā if every UPS location operated like this one, shipping would always be a pleasure!
