- RKredy kuangDec 16, 20251.0Jose is very nice gentleman, very helpful and easy going . I would give Jose a 5 star rating! But the other lady is horrible, keep on giving me hard time , the worst part is she announced my conversation between me and her to everyone in the room while she had a customer in front of her, And finally I asked her if she had the white cover stickers, she said “we don’t have it” and I am kind of confused, and asked her nicely “ran out” and she said “ we only have a little, we are a busy store “ So she doesn’t want to give me or help me at all. And she changed the worlds to me . Not nice and rude! I know you have been working here for years, Being FAIR and being Honest are very important! Actually I saw this lady treat some of the customers are not nice at all in general, she only treats the people she think she likes to help only. That is unacceptable behavior being as customer service.
