I’ve been coming to this location for years, but every time I go Maria is constantly belittling customers with backhanded compliments or reprimanding customers for “wasting her time”. I have gotten her multiple times, she would ask all sorts of questions and when I would respond she would tell me “unless it’s important don’t talk to me it’s distracting me” after she just asked me tons of questions. Followed by complaining about how she has not had a break yet and wants to go on lunch yet the line was backed up because she will engage in long conversations with other customers. I’ve never had a need to post on this topic but it has crossed the point where she is just being rude to customers and not actually being helpful, especially those that might actually need help with shipping, money orders, etc. I’m beyond disappointed by this location solely based on how many times she has been disrespectful not only to me but also to other customers that she has “assisted” while I wait in line.
