Isaac did an amazing job — he was efficient, polite, and helped at least 10 customers quickly. Meanwhile, Eric spent an excessive amount of time flirting with a female customer, giving her unnecessary attention while the line went out the door. Completely disrespectful to everyone waiting and a poor example of how to manage the counter. Isaac deserves recognition — Eric needs better supervision.

Ahora entiendo porque Towne solo 2 stars muy mal customer service .. fui para passport y me hicieron esperar una hora y aparte te given legs 15 minutes antes y yo legume 20 minutes antes y Este guy me dice que llegue tarde le dije llama al guy que esta adentro y el te Va a decir cuanto llevo esperando y dice no es necesario una señora gringa se acerca y me dice ya escuchaste Creo Que ya es todo y es mi turno me retire y fui con otro guy y al final me llama el otro guy y me dice que le de mi application yo llegue con 20 minutes antes para eso llenar mi application y ver si todo estaba bien. Se burlo y me dijo que yo tenia que llevar mi application llena Perdi una hora y Este lugar es Pacimo si Crees que es DOWNEY
