The supervisors there encourage this behavior and don’t fix it. Don’t go here unless you’re ready to get disappointed and disrespected.

Isaac did an amazing job — he was efficient, polite, and helped at least 10 customers quickly. Meanwhile, Eric spent an excessive amount of time flirting with a female customer, giving her unnecessary attention while the line went out the door. Completely disrespectful to everyone waiting and a poor example of how to manage the counter. Isaac deserves recognition — Eric needs better supervision.
