They also get bothered if you ask if there's anyone to help you. Employee by name of (JOSE) has no social skills. When he finally decided to help me, he didn't apologize for the wait, nor did he greet me. No word came out of his mouth during the whole return process. Until the end when I asked for his name and he made a rude face. Wow, he can't be professional and polite, yet he can sure come across rude! What a shame, Staples!
