I didnt realize what she did by making it way more expensive to me, she put it in a box 10-12" longer than I needed and she stuffed it with tons of bubble wrap and when I tried helping her smash it down to make it more compact she stopped me from doing that and just taped it up. She gave me that $190 quote and her coworker even mentioned cutting it to exact size to save money and she didn't listen and came up with a lame excuse about the

Then proceeded to ask the notary numerous questions that she didn't know, and then the notary took more customers because they were so backed up. Plus the person who helped me was rude and condescending.
