  Not sure were the 3.7 stars comes from on ratings? Im thinking this guy & his wife are both very nice people they have to deal with so many people a day . And many who dont know how to package a box and have it ready to go which is over half of the people i would find myself in line behind many times usually and they have 5 things to send in and Qr codes and they are trying to figure out which package now has the wrong item in it and the poor lady who works there is so nice about it she had to open the packages she just sealed up a nd put a new label on it , Thats the only reason the store gets a stagnate line sometimes, its really because of customers not orginized or ready to go when they bring in there items . Wait times are the only reason I'd think about not giving a 5 stars but i figure its really not there fault . Now i go in and scan code on machine in back and it prints me a label I put it on package leave it on counter and it takes 2 min its as easy as that . Skip the line totally and that made me happy. The Staffs always nice helpful and positive attitude . Very knowledgeable when I did a notary he told me a few things to be aware of which I didn't know about and it was very helpful info in my situation so I appreciated that . So 5 stars from me keep up the good work !!!

  I've had multiple unpleasant interactions with what I assume is the manager here. Every time I have an Amazon return the gentleman tells me the packaging is not correct and tries to sell me something. When I try to explain that there is nothing wrong with the packaging he is rude to me and refuses to take the packages as is. The packaging is straight from Amazon! Took these same packages to the Brentwood UPS and they returned them no questions asked, no upsells, easy. What a pain in my butt that I am forced to drive 20 minutes (40 minutes round trip) to a different store just to be served properly. I will avoid this store now.

  This is one of the better UPS stores that I have used. I go to UPS Stores to send documents do my Amazon returns printing and faxing. I would recommend this door to anyone that needs these services

  Probably the worst customer service in East county. The guy basically hates his job and treats customers rudely.

  Best customer service! I am super happy this is my new UPS store. Staff is friendly and Charlie went above and beyond to help me figure out a mess of a shipping situation on an Amazon prime order even when it had nothing to do with UPS, I appreciated the compassion. We live in a smaller town and I definitely appreciate the friendly service every time I come here.
