- RRRobertJul 19, 20251.0I just moved here on 7/11/2025 to the new diamond village apartments and I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today, 7/19/2025 and I got the message on amazon saying "Delivery attempted at 10:11am, but front door or driveway was not accessible." Needless to say that was a load of horse you know what. I was outside at 10am in my car getting ready to go to target. Not only did I not see a usps worker up until the time I left at 10:20, but nowhere anywhere on the way to target. You could drive a semi truck from the mailboxes to my apartment. Not only was there 12 parking spaces open across fromt he mailboxes, my door is literally a 30 second walk from the mailboxes. It's on the first floor directly across from the mailboxes. They did not attempt delivery at all. I should file a police report for theft, because that is basically what they did. They stole my package. What a great way to welcome my family to the neighborhood. Pathetic nothing will be done because they are not held accountable to their customers like a corporation would be. They simply don't care about the quality of their service as they are too lazy to even do their job correctly. What happened to doing what is right? Do better. Be better.
- LBLance BurkhalterJun 6, 20251.0Was told to come pick up my packages in person and when i arrived was told the post master was making a special personal delivery because my route didnt have a driver yet and they never delivered anything im not sure whats happening but food i bought on amazon im waiting for is in the order and for some unknown reason the postmaster personally took the packages to deliver and never showed up I guess he wanted my packages? Was told specifically to come pick them up and when i showed up at 10 am in morning to pick up they informed me the postmaster himself was making the delivery and said he was headed straight to my apartments because they did not have a driver yet
