Because of this it's so hard to find parking and it gets so congested when you're just trying to drop off a package... Its bad enough that post boxes have tiny holes you can't drop off anything but a thin piece of paper....
- ALAnna LiFeb 10, 20261.0I had a very frustrating experience at this USPS location on 2/10 around 3:00 PM. When I arrived to mail my package, there were no shipping boxes available in the lobby. I asked the staff member for a medium-sized box and clearly pointed out which one I needed. He still gave me the wrong box. I went back to let him know it was not the correct box and asked for the other one. He responded that he was “too busy” to help me get it and told me to come back another day. This was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I specifically took time off work just to mail this package. It was very upsetting to see that there was only one employee working, and even worse, that customers could not get basic assistance. This experience was inefficient, unhelpful, and unacceptable. USPS should ensure proper staffing and better customer service.

- MVMarisa vJan 26, 20261.0I got this mail box so my stuff wouldn’t get stolen but I’d rather get it stolen at this point staff loses packages all the time and it takes 3+days to get a package that says it’s already been delivered.
- EEEdJan 12, 20264.0I have to admit that the management or system used for 2025 during the busy season (November-December) have improved substantially compared to the last 10 years. The key thing was keeping the drop off bin free of packages getting stuck especially for those that drop off ton of packages. Otherwise you'll have to wait in line just to drop off which could be worse when there are only 1 employee working the front. The most annoying thing would be that the outer door can be locked at times before 9am which means you can't access the drop off bin or PO Boxes earlier.
