I had a passport appointment and was in and out in 10 minutes. No lines, and the staff member was friendly, efficient, and even took my photo on-site. It's a small post office with just one staff member, but everything ran smoothly. Hidden gem for passport services!

Its much faster to go to one of the larger offices like the one in San Ramon on Alcosta for Passports. Expect long wait times if you come to this one even with an appointment.
