I exhausted all my efforts online to no avail (I tried for days !!!) I ended up calling by phone (which I try to avoid as it rarely helps either) assuming I wouldn’t have any luck.. but I was greeted kindly and with patience by Autumn, she listened to my concerns and had her drivers on the search for my package immediately. within 30 minutes they FOUND IT !! Just days before Christmas left. Thank you again, I can’t express enough how much kind & genuine customer service means to me.. it feels so rare these days, yet it makes the world of difference. Now I can go into my busy holiday weekend with that much less stress.

Their working hours are from 10 to 3pm. I went in at 2 the where close. Went in at 1 they where closed. When are they open? I can't go early I work Too so I have to make time during my lunch break. So I ask very politely when would be a good time for me to come. F clerk said tomorrow we might not open but mcfarland and wasco are open. So I head out over to mcfarland and the clerk said while helping somebody else we are not doing passports anymore. I'm like this people are so f lazy. Hopefully a 4th try will be my luck.
