The environment feels chaotic, with missing forms, missing supplies, and no sense of structure or accountability. It is extremely frustrating to visit a postal office where it appears that internal communication, teamwork, and leadership are all breaking down. There is clearly a lack of oversight, and it often feels like no one is actually in charge. The absence or unavailability of the postmaster only makes the situation worse. Overall, this branch is unreliable, inefficient, and far below the standard expected from a USPS facility. It desperately needs better management, organization, and staff coordination.

They helped me get the PO Box I wanted and I could not be happier to be back at the Del Mar Post Office!
