- SJS JaAug 28, 20251.0Very disappointing service at the Del Mar Post Office. Brandy is always rude, negative, and unprofessional. Today I came in to drop off my pre-labeled packages and politely asked a question — instead of helping, she responded with attitude and no greeting. She never smiles and makes the whole experience unpleasant. She needs to learn how to treat customers with respect if she is going to work in customer service, especially in an area like Del Mar. USPS should really address this issue.
