- DSDana SuberiAug 22, 20251.0Unfortunately most of the reviews on this site are several years old and hats off to Jeff for responding to them. I wrote a review two days ago that was pretty bad. I was poorly treated by two employees. The skinny male employee with the long hair, long beard and rather unkept, took issue with me for asking how long it would take to get waited on when he was doing nothing and pretending I wasn't there. The woman that's the notary that I was waiting on was taking a break in the back room and couldn't come out to wait on me. I spent 20 minutes waiting for help and when I asked how much longer the wait would be all hell broke loose and they asked me to leave. Jeff, this is poor service and if it were my business I would like to hear from the customer that wrote the bad review about this situation. After leaving your UPS store I went to a couple of other business's there in the village and discussed what happened and in every situation the response was "yes, I've heard that the service is pretty bad there and getting worse". I have felt for a long time that your staff has an attitude but never witnessed what I did two nights ago. You should be concerned.
