Not very helpful when I came in to inquire about a missing package. I told The postal service rep that it looked like the mailbox outside My work in Davis was broken into about a week ago.. I showed her My tracking number that said it was delivered. She didn't care to look up anything. Just told me file a claim online. Then I asked her: then what happens after I file that claim online ..She said I don't know.. " That's out of my department " So that was so unhelpful, she didn't even care to look up the address where I told her the vandalism happened.. All she said was the carrier didn't say anything. How would she know the address if she didn't look it up?. Then she did ask me for the address but still didn't look it up. I am sad to say that customer service now seems like something you actually expect from the DMV..

Very rude employees talked down to me like I was a child. Couldn't tell me the name of my mail carrier and returned my package back to seller not even a whole business day after it was supposed to be delivered!

I went to the post office with pre paid labels that needed to be printed and a lady told me that that they don’t do printing. The USPS not being able to print labels is crazyyy. Don’t go to this location unless you’re just dropping off packages. Certified to ruin your day.
