Aggravating! I asked for a shipping envelope and was told I would have to purchase one, since the prepaid label didn't qualify for a UPS envelope. I brought in my own UPS envelope and was refused again. Both workers pretty rude. He was yelling at me as I left the store for "not following the rules." Tripping hazards everywhere. Packages all over the floor from the door to the desk. I wanted to call the owner to share my experience, but they refused to give me the name and number, so here it is. Now I have to drive to another UPS store to try to make the last pickup. Thanks!
Follow up, just as I told the clerk, I took the same envelope and label to another UPS store where they accepted it, no problem, and handed me a receipt, like all the UPS stores have for the past 17 years.

The store was packed when I walked in, but the entire team stayed calm, collected, and laser-focused on helping everyone with a great attitude. Ashley helped me grab the right boxes for my Amazon returns, and even with the rush, I was in and out in under five minutes which was seriously impressive. What stood out most was how organized everything was. No one was just standing around; every worker was actively assisting customers, assessing what each person needed, and directing us efficiently. The energy in the store was fast paced but smooth, and you could tell everyone knew exactly what they were doing. Overall, my experience was fantastic, quick, organized, and handled by a team that genuinely cares about keeping things running seamlessly. Huge shoutout to Ashley and the rest of the crew for making a hectic day feel effortless!

Waited 5 minutes for the lady at the counter to box and label an iPad for the customer before me. Fine, at least I was next in line. When she finally gets around to helping me, she has the audacity to accuse me of cutting the line. The customer behind me, who she accuses me of cutting, agrees I was there first. Instead of apologizing for her mistake, she goes “no, I’m pretty sure you just walked in.” At least get your facts right if you’re going to call your customers out. UPS is normally a great company, this store gives bottom tier service- long waits and rude employees.
