It's bad enough when your mail isn't picked up for several days, but when you try to correct the problem it is a nightmare.

As we all know, the passport process can be confusing the first time around. Luckily, Dean was very knowledgeable about the process and helped us step by step with the application. Additionally, my daughter was afraid to take pictures and cried the whole time. Dean patiently waited and allowed my wife and I to calm our daughter down and get her to stand still. As a result, the picture came out great. Customer service is the most important aspect of a business, and Dean's customer service showcased his experience and job knowledge in customer service. The pride he took in his work demonstrated his commitment to his customers and inspire us to treat other with patience and respect. The only improvement I can think of is to have a designated area for passport picture. Like a chair with white background.
