I called to check on a missing package. I can look at the tracking info! Is there any accountability with post office employees? They can be as unhelpful as they like. With zero consequence. This goes for the ENTIRE USPS!

We get notifications saying our packages are delivered and when we check the mailbox is never there. I’m impressed at how incompetent the delivery guys are and how consistently our packages “arrive”.
