  Never needed to return anything at the UPS store; EVER. However, picked up the wrong size shipping box, took it back within a couple of days in pristine condition and asked for a smaller size which was was just $2/- less (the smaller size). I said I could put that $2/- towards buying stamps or a refund. Nevertheless, I was told UPS doesn't do either. So much for all my business, and what they have been doing with deliveries lately is infuriating and as follows: UPS is becoming really, really SLOPPY with their deliveries, delivering my packages to my neighbor's homes, and their packages to my home. I found out about my package being delivered to my neighbor's home because of the photograph of the package I received of the package lying on my neighbor's porch, and I recognized their distinctive red door and porch. In another instance, the delivery date for my package came and went and when I called Amazon, they stated it was already delivered, but I did not receive it, so probably the same scenario as above. I've also been running around to my neighbors' homes delivering their packages which arrived courtesy of UPS at my doorstep. I am not a UPS delivery person, so perhaps they can pay me for doing this free service for them. UPS is also leaving my packages out in the rain instead of the covered porch I have - very lazy since all UPS has to do is take ONE more step to be under the covered porch, but no. And today I received a notice saying they couldn't deliver a time sensitive package I had ordered because "We tried to deliver your package. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a secure location to leave your package unattended." This is BS, it was just children's toys, not gold, and UPS has been delivering here for years in this very safe community, no issues. PICK IT UP, UPS! WHO DOES THE HIRING FOR YOUR DRIVERS?YOU ARE GOING DOWNHILL!! 4

  I had a horrible experience at this UPS Store getting passport photos. I paid $60 for 6 pictures, and the entire process was a complete mess. The staff was untrained—the photos came out with poor quality, poorly aligned, and clearly not up to passport standards. Their system is completely outdated. Unlike places like Walgreens that use a computer to auto-check alignment and quality, UPS seems to rely on an old manual process, which shows in the results. Worst of all, there was a severe staff shortage. Only one person was working, and every couple of minutes someone came in for an Amazon drop-off. The staff member had to constantly juggle between customers, leaving me waiting forever. It ended up taking over an hour just for 6 photos. For the price they charge, this is unacceptable. I will never come here again for photos and definitely would not recommend this UPS store for passport photos. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

  I went there for a passport photo. The cost was $20 and they wanted 40 dollars for a digital copy. Total rip off. Avoid this place. Staples charges 25 for both digital and hard copy pictures. Do they think people are made of money or plain stupid? Cvs charge 16.99 for passport photos And so this store is overcharging. Watch out!!!!
