- ADAnthony DDec 19, 20251.0Convenient, but wildly overpriced FedEx is convenient and the staff is generally very nice, but this is not the place to go if you’re looking for a good deal. Compared to Staples, UPS, USPS, or OfficeMax, the pricing here can be dramatically higher. In my experience, some copying and basic materials were close to double what other in-store options charge. I genuinely like the convenience, but I don’t like feeling like I’m getting gouged for it. Next time I need shipping, packing, or copying, I’ll be going somewhere I can get the same services for about half the price.

They guided me through multiple revisions and print requests with kindness and understanding. The store manager was also very helpful with additional projects I needed for the service. Everyone treated me with care during a difficult time, and I truly appreciate their support. ******************************** I went yesterday to have a book rebound. Don, the manager, was pleasant. They had my book ready same day. Everyone in the office/store was pleasant. Good experience.
