They’ve always been curious and professional. Hard working team, specially during the times that they are shorthanded. I appreciate their services.

Absolutely horrible customer service . The customer service at this FedEx Store was unprofessional and unacceptable.
The staff member who assisted me was rude, impatient, and dismissive from the start. I was spoken to in a curt tone, rushed through my request, and made to feel like asking basic questions was an inconvenience. There was no attempt to be helpful or courteous, which is the bare minimum expectation for a customer-facing business.
When I asked for clarification, the response was abrupt and borderline disrespectful. Being busy is not an excuse for poor attitude or lack of professionalism. This interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant and reflects poorly on both the staff and management of this location.
I expect better from FedEx. I will not return to this store and strongly recommend that management address staff behavior and customer service standards immediately.

Convenient, but wildly overpriced
FedEx is convenient and the staff is generally very nice, but this is not the place to go if you’re looking for a good deal. Compared to Staples, UPS, USPS, or OfficeMax, the pricing here can be dramatically higher. In my experience, some copying and basic materials were close to double what other in-store options charge.
I genuinely like the convenience, but I don’t like feeling like I’m getting gouged for it. Next time I need shipping, packing, or copying, I’ll be going somewhere I can get the same services for about half the price.

I recently ordered a mattress and the delivery was via the local fed ex and all was a disaster. The mattress was supposed to be delivered between 9-11am Thursday 4-24 and at 11:15 I checked the status and found that someone at Fed Ex (Danville branch) changed the address and then delivered it to my neighbors house. I cancelled a meeting I had to ensure I was there for delivery. When I called into Fed ex I got the run around so phone agents had no idea what happened and told me they opened a 'case'. After I escalated they told me it was delivered to a neighbor. - ended up it was an 80 year old neighbor and it was blocking their front door - yikes. Thursday aftrenoon I was told my Fed ex it was picked up from the neighbors at 3pm and delivered to my address which was not true. My neighbor called me at 6pm saying the mattress was blocking his entry way. I called back to Fed ex and pleaded with them to remove it from my neighbors front door and they said they were on top of it. On the morning of 4-25 I called Fed ex and they had told me that instead of walking the mattress across the street they brought the mattress back to the Fed ex facility 30 miles away - "as that was their process and they would deliver it in the next few days". I cancelled - the level of incompetence was too high - instead of taking the address I was promised delivery for on 4-24 they decided to send it 30 miles in the wrong direction with a TBD. I talked to no less than 5 reps at Fed ex who all gave me completely different statuses on where the mattress was. When I asked why a fed ex employee changed the address no one could answer - - they agreed it was absurd. They are a nightmare and very incompetent. I will stick with amazon who actually cares about the customer.
