- DDdogeOct 7, 20251.0They mistakenly sent my $1500 package under another customer's label to Texas as an Amazon return. The package was just supposed to go a couple cities over. Owner initially was very apologetic and offered full compensation for potential damages. The package was then sent back to said customer's house instead of back to UPS. When the package was finally relocated and inspected there was clear shipping damage. Owner backpedaled and took back his offer for compensation. The other employees seemed nice and understanding but the manager was a nightmare. He had the gall to blame me for improper packaging and that I'm "lucky the package was returned at all". Oh yea. I feel like a lottery winner. 0/10

- MTMichael TabaJun 17, 20251.0They have lost our package. First they lied about what was going on saying it was scanned. Once UPS told us they haven’t, they changed their story. They were supposed to call us back in 48 hours and now it’s seven days. You can’t get a hold of anyone and no one answers even when you email them online. I would highly recommend people taking their packages to the US post office and avoid UPS especially this store at any cost. It is not worth it. My damages are over $1000 and they only cover 100.
