  I have had some pretty frustrating experiences at other UPS Stores, so I was not expecting much when I walked into this one. Wow, what a complete game changer! The staff here is truly professional, polite and extremely helpful from the time I walked in the door. They took the time to listen to me, explained things to me and got my shipment done efficiently and with care. No rushing, no attitude, just excellent service that truly makes you feel like you matter. This store has renewed my faith in the UPS Stores, and I will be coming back to this store for all my needs from now on, and I’m happy to refer all my friends and family to this store too. So, if you are fed up with the spotty service you get at other places, I highly recommend you give this store a try. 10/10, the best UPS experience I have ever had. Thanks to the fantastic staff, you all deserve all the 5 stars you get here.

  Our experience with this particular UPS Store has been nothing less than outstanding. We are an IT service provider that needs to ship our equipment to clients all over North America and we can say that this team absolutely delivers every single time. Not only do they handle all our outgoing shipments with incredible efficiency, accuracy and care, but we do not have to worry about anything at all because we know that this team will handle our needs with the professionalism that we have come to expect from them.   I completely forgot to get my shipping label before coming into the store and I thought it would be a pain, but the staff at this store made it super easy for me. They got the whole process done very efficiently and professionally and even got my shipping label printed for me while I waited. The cost was also very reasonable. The staff at this store went above and beyond to make sure the customer was well taken care of. It is not often that you get this kind of customer service these days. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants to have a quick, cost effective and helpful experience. Thanks guys.

  I simply cannot say enough positive things about the team at this UPS Store. Every time I go in with my returns from Amazon, they are able to make the entire process smooth and hassle free. What could be a bit of a chore is always made quick and efficient with a friendly attitude. They are highly organized and professional and obviously know exactly what they are doing. I am always in and out in a matter of minutes and everything is perfectly executed each and every time. It is such a relief knowing I can count on them to get it done without any hassle whatsoever. The team at this location turned my shipping nightmare into the smoothest, most stress-free experience I have ever had. The staff at the counter provided warm professional service because they wanted to assist me. The team showed dedication to their work by processing my packages. The team double-checked all labels while they recommended shipping options which were both smarter and cheaper. The team packed two difficult items while they ensured that all details remained complete. The team provided five-star service without any eye-rolls or rushing by carefully handling every box. The people at this location provided customer service which made me feel they treated me as their most important customer of the day. The team provided fast service through friendly interactions while they handled my large number of packages without any mistakes. The UPS Store experience I had at this location became my most excellent experience. If you’re anywhere near this location, don’t go anywhere else. The people at this location function as shipping superheroes for their customers. 10/10. I will return for more business to your establishment which may involve another 15 boxes.
