Avoid this USPS location at all costs (ESPECIALLY for passport or fingerprinting services). This location lacks everything including basic customer service/manners, let alone standard usps services. Zero stars if I could. They will waste your time. We came in FIVE times for simple fingerprinting and every single visit we were given a different excuse. One day machine is broken, one day the person working the machine isn’t here, the other day the person working machine left early, but different contradicting stories each time. One day they clearly told us to come at 10am the next day, and still another excuse when we showed up. That is not a mistake. That is wasting people’s time and then acting like the customer is the problem. The staff is openly rude and dismissive, especially a heavier-set woman who frequently works the counter. I didn’t get a chance to see her nametag, but her attitude is impossible to miss. She was consistently unhelpful, spoke in a condescending tone, and made it clear she did not want to be bothered doing her job. She should be heavily retrained immediately or replaced. Calling ahead does not help because they ignore the phone (a fact that proudly boasted about when questioned). In person, they act irritated by basic questions and treat customers like an inconvenience. This place has zero accountability and zero professionalism. This location needs serious management intervention. If leadership cannot fix the culture here, it should be shut down and the employees who repeatedly disrespect customers and waste their time should be replaced. We ended up going to another USPS farther away and were helped within in a few short minutes.

The drivers at this mail center deliberately steal the packages and then simply justify themselves by saying that someone else stole the package, They say my package was left at 1:40 pm at the door of my apartment, but my security camera clearly doesn't show any activity at the time the driver claims to have delivered the package. They lost my passport, medication, and some food. And the manager of this place is an incompetent who is unwilling to help the customer, especially if you are Latino and speak Spanish.

Marlyn was so helpful during my walk-in passport application! Stressful but overall easy process.
