She’s super rude and most things she says are either condescending, combative, or patronizing. The rest of the staff seem alright, they at least help people with their problems.

Within 15 minutes of hitting the "submit" button, Anthony C. from this post office branch called me and listened to my suggestion about having soft packages placed safely in my mail slot rather than being left on the porch. He agreed with my suggestion and stated that the mail carriers would be instructed accordingly. I have never before received such swift and excellent customer service. Thank you!
