I came here during the start of the holiday season and the line was almost out the door. They were able to quickly attend to each person in line.

Drivers pull up, donāt ring or knock, and just leave a ādelivery attemptedā notice while Iām literally home watching them. I paid extra to have a package held at a UPS Store and they still delivered it to my doorāand kept the fee. I cancel my plans and stay home for a promised delivery window, and they either come earlier, donāt show up, or mark me ānot available.ā Why the hell should I rearrange my life so UPS can fail to do its job when Iām the one paying for the service? This is unacceptable.
