I can't recall if there's been a genuinely pleasant experience with the service here. The prepaid parcel drop-off machine is convenient and often less stressful than getting help with the desk but doesn't always work properly. It took my package today seemingly without scanning it and didn't give me a receipt. Note to self to play around with the machine a bit first to check that it is working before dropping off your package.

Terrible experience at the USPS Cupertino Post Office on 21701 Stevens Creek Blvd. Went to pick up a missed delivery and the clerk, Philip, was rude and completely misinformed. He wrongly insisted my ID (Valid Driver License) address had to match the package. I had to correct him before he finally gave me my letter. USPS should train staff properly customers shouldn’t have to deal with incompetence like this.

How can you not have any international stamps at all? Especially at a busy time of the year.
