Staff is useless (especially someone named Sai) and they also give incorrect information. Then they blame the resident that they're doing things incorrectly. As a former federal employee, I'm embarrassed by this level of mismanagement. Retraining is needed and new staff need to be brought in. I'm sure there are still some helpful staff but I haven't interacted with any yet.

I want to express something that goes far beyond a simple review, because Alex at the postal service desk has truly made a difference in my life. Every time I’ve walked through those doors, she has met me with patience, kindness, and a level of understanding that you don’t often find in customer service — or anywhere, really.
Alex isn’t just good at her job. She brings heart into it. She sees people. She listens. She treats you like a human being, not just the next person in line. Even on the busiest, most stressful days, she stays calm, warm, and genuinely caring. That kind of presence can turn a frustrating errand into a moment of relief.
She’s a hardworking woman who shows up with grace, strength, and compassion. And that matters. It matters more than she probably realizes. People like Alex make the world feel a little lighter, a little kinder, and a lot more human.
I’m truly grateful for every interaction I’ve had with her. She deserves recognition not just for doing her job well, but for doing it with a heart that shines through every single time.

I can't recall if there's been a genuinely pleasant experience with the service here. The prepaid parcel drop-off machine is convenient and often less stressful than getting help with the desk but doesn't always work properly. It took my package today seemingly without scanning it and didn't give me a receipt. Note to self to play around with the machine a bit first to check that it is working before dropping off your package.
