I intentionally left them open since last time my sealed package got opened for security check when i dropped it in this ups. The lady in front told me although I already had the return shipping labels, but I need to pay $1 adhesive tape fee for each package. I feel confused and said "why there is no such fee for other store?" she replied "different store has different policy". after a silence, she said she can let the first package free and charge $1 for the 2nd package, before I said ok, she confirmed with her old manger and the old manager said the store had to charge $2 for taping two packages.
