Fedex online, bad and phone support worse. Creating a return labels was becoming an expedition! Thank you Sheba for simplifying, giving me the envelopes and excellent direction on what to do. Other Fed ex stores left me hanging, but this one was a very welcome and appreciated change! This will be my go to Fed Ex store!
- HMHamza MullaJul 22, 20251.0Fedex is the worst delivery service! I don't know how they are still in business! Every time I have to receive something or send something it's hell! Sent time sensitive documents, paid for overnight...it didn't arrive cause they kinda lost it and got there 2 days later. Asked for a refund, store declined any responsibility saying I should do it through customer service. Customer service mocked me by saying they will refund me right away but most probably they just bounced me around until I give up. NEVER EVER USE FEDEX IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DELIVERED OR RECEIVED!

Her tone is horrible and she directed an elderly man to make copies on a machine that he told her he didn’t know how to use. I helped him when he asked her and she couldn’t be bothered. If this wasn’t on the way to where I was headed I would never go there or refer anyone. Terrible for such a busy area.
