I have a post office here - for more than 10 years. Used to be EXCELLENT. Would get ALL my mail, no delays. No stealing. About 3 years ago, my mail started disappearing. My sister would send me holiday cards - gone. I went from having mail everyday and now I would get ONE letter a week. Just one piece of mail. This is a business box, and I have business and personal mail. I submitted a complaint, just to make them aware that my mail was missing. I was expecting my Costco membership in the mail. For the first time in many years of membership, I had to call Costco to send a replacement. This new crop of employees are stealing, throwing away mail or keeping it. It’s horribly sad how you pay for a P.O. Box, give them Christmas cards to show your appreciation, don’t do any harm in the world, and are treated this way - for no logical reason! Haven’t done ANYTHING to them for my mail to be missing, disregarded and stolen. I have to find another location because they don’t have the integrity and high standards that USPS, government employees are supposed to have regarding theft and responsibly handling others mail. Took me a long time to write this, and I’m saddened by it, but it’s all true.

Packages usually take 2-3 days to get processed. Employees are extremely rude even by postal worker standards. This has to be the worst post office I've ever dealt with.

This post office used to be wonderful; there is now only ever one person with heinously long lines and wait times. The staff also takes hour lunch breaks at **different times every day** and posts handwritten signs across all windows each day when they’re gone for the hour. Please be mindful not to go any time 11:30-3:30pm if you are on a time crunch to avoid arriving during their meal window. A new employee sits on her phone between calling customers to the window for a minute which is really disheartening when there are long lines and no other windows open.

Horribly managed/run. Do not count on the posted hours being accurate. The employees will close up shop and leave at random times, sometimes even three hours before close. I know this is a common occurrence too because it’s happened on three separate occasions.

The four stars is because every time I go there there is only one person working (it is still faster than the Green valley one). I would like to tell you that Sidney is doing a brilliant job. Even though she is doing a monotonous job and all by herself, she is patient and smiles at every customer. She deserves the best.
