- EHErica HarperDec 27, 20251.0Tampered with mail. Took it out of box and didn't follow proper protocol, leaving a note or bringing it to the post office. Improper handling of mail and will be investigated where the mail went. When you try to file complaint you are sent to an automated service. After days of reaching out and not hearing a response, I was finally told the mail was returned. All was not returned to sender and that was spiteful for carrier to assume it should be returned to begin with! Do better if you are going to work as a mail carrier.

Were all the ppl come in and out of line and can easily grab it. She had such a nasty attitude. If she dont like her job she shouldn’t be working there period.

On non holiday, during 1-2pm on a regular Thursday they shut down their counter services with simple message of “out on lunch” with no time indicator on when they’ll reopen or anything at all. No notice outside of the store either. I send packages from all around Los Angeles area and I have never ever seen post office closed this way with no notice or care. I’ll be separately reporting this to USPS customer service. Avoid if possible.
