  Great experience here. Picked up an order for a friend and stopped here to ship it out. Very helpful. I even realized a couple days later I had put the wrong shipping address. I called the store and they contacted UPS to update the address. Delivery is still on schedule. Thank you.

  The owner is super rude. It’s how she speaks to customers. Last time I will EVER support this location.

  I've had a private mail box here for several years, I've had a live scan here and have had something notarized here. All professionally done. I also return a lot of orders here. They help me when I have to put the label on correctly. They also work with me with my drop off's and point of service. Sometimes it does get crowded. Yet, the service is always is fast as possible and they work hard to keep it moving when it is. All the staff here are very nice people, friendly, and always helpful. This is my go to UPS store and I am grateful. Keep working on maintaining the great customer service. That is key. Thank you!

  Absolutely love this location! The staff are always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist, making the shipping and return process quick and stress-free. It’s located in a mall with plenty of free parking right outside, which is super convenient. They provide tape if you don’t have any and basically everything you need to package, ship, or return items efficiently. Always a smooth and pleasant experience here — highly recommended!
