  I’ve tried this place twice, There won’t be a third time. The workers are slow, not very knowledgeable, and a little rude.

  I found the service gentleman professional and understanding. He knew what he was doing and understood what I needed to be done: it was a next day air box with medical samples. As I was walking out out of the store, he got on the phone and I could hear him say, “Airport pickup”. I was surprised because the reviews for this particular store were not that great. But as of today, I feel the ratings are not justified. Thank you for the training you give to all UPS personnel.

  Poor Customer Service. Poor Return policy. TWICE, attempted returns requested by company's requested returns. 1. With Bose Corp. 2. With Amazon. BOTH instances, items were provided with ORIGINAL shipping. I This UPS Store insists on asking those dropping off items to be returned, to purchase "packaging" at a cost, in both instances, of $2.22, when clearly stated by the Company's requesting returns, the returns are at no cost. The clerk, in both instances, was rude & condescending, stating "If you don't want to ship with us, go someplace else!", including this last instance where he ended the transaction & insisted on not attempting to complete the transaction. Transaction was completed, upon insistence that it would be a waste of time, having traveled to this store and wishing to continue on with the day. Clerk continued to be rude and condescending during this encounter, complaining it was "Amazon's policy, not ours. You should see the number of complaints Amazon has made with us. Do you want us to lose our ability to return items for Amazon?" Left momentarily, but returned to speak to Senior Store mgmt. Was told "they had left for the day." While awaiting to be provided with Mgmt contact information, ANOTHER customer attempted Amazon returns, IN ORIGINAL packaging, and was told, they too, would have to purchase this store's UPS provided packaging. They left, as well, not completing their transaction. Finally, MULTIPLE reviews, seen below, provide further examples of this fraudulent activity. This UPS store obviously insists on Customers paying them for ADDITIONAL unnecessary packaging, in what appears to be, a blatant attempt at defraud Customer into payments not necessary to return items. Given this, it would suggest that Customers attempt to make UPS-free shipping returns ELSEWHERE.

  The people are are almost impressively unhelpful. They seem offended at the idea of accepting a package to ship. And they point to incorrectly labeled self-serve signs and refuse to add context, even when they aren’t busy with other customers. I won’t be back.

  I had my first shipping experience here and the employees were magnificent! They were kind, helpful and got me out of there faster than I anticipated. Excellent employees = excellent store!
