- KSK SheppardSep 9, 20245.0Today my medicine was delivered to the wrong address. It is a life saving medicine that I must have daily. When I received a message that it was delivered to my home, and it wasn’t here I panicked! I called the post office as I was driving there. The clerk called the carrier (he didn’t recall the package-understandable). The clerk then called the postmaster (I wish had gotten both of their names. The postmaster not only came out- she knocked on doors, located the package, called me and hand delivered it to me!!That meant the world to me- as I had only one needle left! They went over and beyond and their efforts were greatly appreciated!!!!!
