I appreciate them for all that they do for me, i receive packages daily and havent had any issues.I like that they are real people and NOT ROBOTS.If we arent careful, and continued slanderous reviews, our governments next step is to supercede/replace them with Robots....So lets give a shout out for all the GOOD Deeds they do which I'm happy about.GOOD DAY TO YA...

Particularly the spiky orange blonde woman. Extremely derogatory customer service, no one should EVER be treated that way. They really don’t know what they’re doing. I don’t know how this place is still operating.

The only reason they can get away with it is because this is a government facility. I hate privatisation of government services, but at this rate I would gladly have everyone here fired and a UPS store put in its place. I've lived in places where I need a PO box to get mail and I've never had the level of frustration that I do here. GO WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU HATE IT THAT MUCH AND STOP MESSING WITH THE TOWN'S MAIL. DO THE JOB THAT ARE TAX DOLLARS ARE PAYING YOU TO DO.
