Never have I experienced any issues with US MAIL, nor anything needed, when shipping packages to Friends and Family members. The postal team in here also are very helpful and benevolent to customers needs, a very pleasant place, that I love visiting. - EGEvelyn GatminJan 7, 20204.0I've been receiving notification from USPS via text messages for my tracking history as an update of my parcel. Apparently, it happened at a period of time that the parcel attempted to be delivered but no recipient to collect and left notification note as what it says on text message. On the note side, I don't see anyone at my door neither a note been left in front of my door or to my mailbox. Every time this happened I called the post office, The name WILL ( spell right?) is very accommodating and professional dealing with this issue. He sees to it that been resolved in a timely manner. Really appreciated Mr. Will, you are awesome indeed. Not only 1st... While doing this review it's my 3rd time that I asked to resolve an issue in regards to my parcels. Keep it up and God bless.
- PBPoshy BunnyMar 16, 20161.0Filing a report with the Post Master General regarding the moronic running of this post office! I do not even live in Covina, Ca. They charged two of my buyers to pick up packages that were correctly labeled with proper weight. What they did was assume the box i used under a poly mailer was Priority. Highly illegal of them to do that with mail and then wrongfully charge someone for it!
