  I love this place the staff are always welcoming. During my two years time in Azusa I always use this location for my Amazon return. The last time I visited this location on August 24, 2025. I highly recommend this location. Keep up the good work guys.

The owner, Sam, personally assisted me and made the entire process seamless, stress-free, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the process clearly, and ensured my item was packed with the utmost care and precision. I left feeling completely confident that my shipment would arrive safely and on time. What truly sets this UPS Store apart is the level of service.   I've always been treated with respect and attention to my needs each time I've entered this UPS Store. The owner always greets me, and the young staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I prefer going here before any other means of shipping or mailing. Keep up the great work!

  Terrible service. Went to this location for notary services. The notary G. Jeronimo Arroyo, indicated incorrect document name on the acknowledgment. Per my attorney's request, I returned to have it fixed. She refused saying she also works with lawyers and knows that it's correct. To avoid additional hassles, i requested my money back to go to another notary. She refused indicating that i needed the receipt. I didn't have the receipt as several days had passed. I indicated that i had her notary acknowledgment so obviously I did pay for her services. She refused again. Rude and unprofessional.
