Hispanic lady was so rude when scanning my QR codes, she instantly suggested I took my items to a kiosk when she had barely tried scanning them for like 3 seconds, I suggested to please keep trying a little more, which despite having an attitude she did, it worked at the end but the experience was SO UNPLEASANT.
