Walked in with a few pre-paid and clearly marked “FRAGILE” packages, and the woman behind the counter (who looked like Mrs. Doubtfire) but without the charm, warmth, or basic human decency was throwing my packages around like she was trying to summon the ghost of customer service. Apparently, customer service retired early in this town.
