- SHsophie harrisNov 21, 20252.0I was nearly brought to tears from my experience here. There is an Asian man that works at the counter, and his service is HORRIBLE! I came up to the counter with a question regarding my package due to it being sent to a military base, and he treated me extremely poorly and didn’t help me. I’m not sure if it was because of my race or what, but I was sent back in line and was clueless, having to figure out what to do. I did have to purchase a role of packing tape with him, and at the end of the transaction it asks for a rating on the service of the worker; he reached across and picked the highest rating before I had a chance. This is not the first time he has done thing when going to this location. Luckily, I was helped by a woman, Chris, with my package and she was extremely gracious, helpful, and kind. She expressed frustration towards him as well. I am so hurt by this man’s behavior and I want to avoid ever having to work with him again.
