Because of this outdated mess, I had to get out of line twice and stand behind 4–5 people each time just to fix paperwork that should’ve been digital. To make it worse, there was only ONE worker handling a line of 10 people. Slow, inefficient, and a total waste of time. Zero respect for customers and embarrassingly behind every other shipping service.
