- SHsophie harris3 days ago2.0I was nearly brought to tears from my experience here. There is an Asian man that works at the counter, and his service is HORRIBLE! I came up to the counter with a question regarding my package due to it being sent to a military base, and he treated me extremely poorly and didn’t help me. I’m not sure if it was because of my race or what, but I was sent back in line and was clueless, having to figure out what to do. I did have to purchase a role of packing tape with him, and at the end of the transaction it asks for a rating on the service of the worker; he reached across and picked the highest rating before I had a chance. This is not the first time he has done thing when going to this location. Luckily, I was helped by a woman, Chris, with my package and she was extremely gracious, helpful, and kind. She expressed frustration towards him as well. I am so hurt by this man’s behavior and I want to avoid ever having to work with him again.

The older lady was nice to me for the passport appointment but its just awful. Also the japanese man can’t speak English and id wait in different line or go somewhere else cuz hes rudest of them all
