- LLLeslieFeb 12, 20265.0I was assisted by a wonderful Gentleman. They are very helpful and friendly in general. Just today I came in with my passport renewal forms and stuff and he just eased my burden and handled the whole thing including envelope and directed me the entire step of the way very seamless. They even staple it all together highlight your tracking number the whole shebang!

Dude at the desk said I needed more tape on the package or he’s not sending it, then said the only options are buying tape from them or shipping it priority so they can charge double. They running this spot like its UPS what kinda logic is that, I’ve been to 20+ other spots and if a package needs tape they just add more tape on the counter. Just a miserable set of people in this location man
