- BMBrenda MilanNov 5, 20251.0Don’t recommend coming here unless you want your packages to disappear. My partner sent my engagement ring at this UPS location to be put on hold until he got off work to pick it up. Someone by the name of “Mike” signed for it, and just disappeared without a trace. Come to find out, this Mike person got let go just days after this happened. Thanks to you guys, we’ve been distraught, stressed, and extremely disappointed. Now, someone else has my ring. As business owners, you should do whatever it takes to make it right, since my engagement ring was lost IN your store at the hands of YOUR employee. Now we know not to trust UPS in the future. I write this so anyone reading this can be careful when sending expensive and sensitive packages to this location.

Not only was he able to track down a late package that got sent offsite, he called and talked to their manager and got them to find it and send it back when they (the hotel) told me to first get them a prepaid shipping label. Stephen has single handedly made my year as the package held sentimental keepsakes. Peggy was also wonderful as she first helped me out with the initial overnight shipping. Overall they went above and beyond and i cant express enough gratitude to Stephen and his staff. Thank you all!
