The company I work for has an account with FedEx and our company requires us to double package every shipment due to confidential/controlled information. The older gentle man working on Nov. 6th wouldn’t allow me to double pack my shipment and was extremely rude and arrogant. In 8 years, I have NEVER had an employee even question why I had to double package every shipment. Such an unpleasant experience, will not be returning to this location.
