The girl stopped in the middle of my transaction to receive a package and enter it into her system (because of she doesn't within 15 minutes it won't go in). She had no idea what she was doing. Put in a zip code as 4 digits. Told me a small box would be 27-dollars to go one state away, when a flat-rate is around 10. Overall, a terrible experience, and I'm not one to post this sort of thing. Walk in and you'll see instantly what I mean.
