- HBHayden BowlerSep 17, 20251.0Booked a passport appointment, checked in and was told to take a seat. After 45mins, with 4 people waiting for appointments they called us all over and told us they wouldn’t be processing any applications today. In asking why, they simply said they don’t do them anymore but may in the future. I have seen posts about staffing issues. If that’s the case, stop taking appointments and communicate in advance or at the very least let us know upon checking in. Went to Mill Valley office for a walk in and was seen quickly. Suggest going there during their designated passport hours.
- TFTamila FaridNov 25, 20245.0On East Corte madera hillside we have a regular delivery person Yadau Oja that is highly appreciated for the effort of work furious, pick up scheduled items everyday with smile and scan them in place before moving into truck, he is always on time and have a good work etiquette toward his responsibility no matter sometimes it might be too much but he is willing to do and grow in this business. I found Corte Madera employees at the front desk very hard worker and nice who are willing to help anytime I was there. Thank you all. Yadau is an asset of our town and we are lucky to have him in our neighborhood.
