  Needed a birthday card but they don't sell them any longer. But they found one for me. So sweet. Chili so helpful and friendly. First time there and couldn't be more happy with them.

  Very bad customer service. The staff attitude is unprofessional, and everything takes far too long. This is the last time I use this location.👎🏻

  If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Completely unwilling to help. My Amazon return package (which they get paid to process) needed a little extra tape to support the bottom and they tried to charge $5 for it. Oh, and if you need to print a label, they charge $2.35 per page printed. Take your returns ANYWHERE else.
