  Ever since they let go of the guys who managed and worked there the service is so rude and unfriendly. No hello how can I help you. I literally had the mana get tell me when I inquired about he the old staff “oh we let them go because they were giving everything for free” what a she was seemed very angry and bitter. Not nice impression at all. Please replace the management as I saw her handle guess it was aweful. UPS do better

  The service girl was nice. The owner is a penny pincher. I dropped off an Amazon package and they wouldn’t take it unless I taped the box. Of course I didn’t have tape in my back pocket. They charged me $4.00 to tape a box (2 strips). The roll itself cost $3.00. Business owners like this do understand the value of reheat customers and penny pinching. Every other UPS store I go to never charges me for tape. You know what? I always go back to these UPS stores when in their areas. I will not do business here again at this location.

  I've let a lot of things slide when it comes to this ups store ( grouchy customer service, long lines, high prices for simple customer service things like tape) But today was the wildest thing I've experienced. Charging $3 per item dropped off for USPS?!?! prepaid items! literally dropping something in the box and handing it to the postman when they arrive and they want to charge $3 for that?!? I even called the ups store down the road at the Chino shopping center and they had no fee for usps drop offs. This is a bad look for whoever is running this location. I'm taking all my business to Postal Annex on Limonite now.
