  We worked with Scan N More Document Scanning & Imaging Solutions for our scanning needs, and they did an excellent job. The team was polite, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. They made everything simple and stress-free for us. The final scanned documents were clear, neatly organized, and easy to access. We are really satisfied with their service and would happily recommend them to others.

  As instructed, Scannmore took my client's documents and copied them. Then, they never returned the documents to the client! This has been going on for over 3 weeks. Today, they told my client to come and pick up her documents herself. Very unprofessional and the worst experience I have ever had with a copy service!

  Great Service! Needed documented within 1 day and they were able to provide everything needed! Adam was great and has wonderful customer service . Would definitely recommend Scan N More to everyone

  Submitted a legal request to a provider Scan N More was contracted with to get copies and was charged $40 for their service and .50 since it was only 2 pages they needed to email. According to state law the amount should have been reasonable and $40 was not for 2 pages that were emailed. Horrible deal.

  Called and spoke in great detail with the receptionist who was very kind and helpful. She said I needed to speak with Adam so I left a message for him because I needed to go over the details with him before contracting them for the job. After 4.5 hours Adam still had not returned my call so I called back at around 4:30 pm and was able to speak with him. He was short and curt and not friendly at all. Perhaps he was ill that day because there is absolutely no reason for a potential new client to be treated indifferently the way I was. Adam told me I needed to send him an email so he could email me back a link to upload my documents for printing/scanning. It's now 8:00 am the following day. I have no email from Adam, no phone call, nothing. This is not the way to do business, especially with new customers.
