Each time I questioned this they said "no mail has been sent to you" Oddly when I did get my mail, 7 months later, I found out I missed a court hearing (notification never was placed in the box) and a judgment was filed. They said they would give me 6 months free rental which mirrored the 6 months of no mail. No accountability and they simply no one is holding them accountable!!!

It’s never staffed correctly, the staff that is there is terrible. People waiting over an hour to pickup mail only to be told “I can’t do pickups, I’m the only one here” yet the manager was just in the lobby having a good old time with an acquaintance. This might be the single worst postal building in the entire network. Don’t go to this place unless you absolutely have to and are willing to give up an hour of your day to maybe get what you need, maybe.
