- AKA KwanJan 17, 20261.0this place needs more head count, thats the bottomline! this is the main reason why most of the reviews here are saying the same/ similar thing: everytime they come to this USPS office, the wait time in line is at least half hour (for my personal exp, its been 40-45 mins). if they man each station (including and most especially the line just for picking up your mail), i dont think this usps location will have such a low overall ratings or reviews from the public. add more staff !!

Cancel the number, save the money, and make it clear that you simply don't provide even a modicum of customer service.
