Elvira at this post office was very friendly and extremely helpful. She took the time to answer my questions and made the process smooth and easy. There was a long line, but she handled everything professionally and with a great attitude. Really appreciate her customer service!

Terrible customer service, I requested my package for customer pickup and they keep telling the currier took it anyways and to come back the next day which I've attempted several times. I asked what I did wrong and they said I didn't do anything wrong. They told me to call 8:30am Monday morning and it's been ringing and disconnecting every time I call. Why is this system so broken?

Omg I am MORTIFIED at these reviews. I was coming to leave my HORRIFIC review of this location but 200+ other people have already had a similar experience with the same two nasty reps for years.
I would NEVER advocate for the loss of income to anyone but the people who were working on Saturday (1/10/26) at 2-3 PM need to be fired IMMEDIATELY. They are extremely lazy, rude, and disrespectful.
I had to literally call the police on these crazy people for them to do their jobs.
And now I'm scared because of how many people have lost packages/mail. But the lady REFUSED to give me my items back that she attached certified receipts to (I hadn’t paid yet and requested my mail back once I told her I was calling the police). I ended up paying because they refused to open the doors if I didn’t.
If anything goes wrong with my client's tax returns you guys will have a MAJOR problem on your hands.
You need to do better.
