- EBE BDec 27, 20251.0Elvira canceled my transaction on the card machine when I indicated a negative experience so that it wouldn’t be recorded. I was the first person in line and yet it took an hour to send one simple package because Elvira did not give me all the information so I had to keep returning to the line and Elvira would serve other people before me because she said I would “take longer”. I did not take longer; she only had to type in a simple address.

When I asked to speak to manager. I was told they couldn't find my pKG they would call me. When I asked who would be calling me they told me one of 3 managers. NO NAME GIVEN! Needless to say I never got a call. And all this happened because Arturo one of the clerk was not there. Arturo is the only clerk who will have a smile on his face and looks like he enjoys his job! He gets things done and even when I accidentally put a sad face on his survey he smiled and said that's ok. Please give Arturo a raise, his smile makes up for all the angry faces. Especially of the lady in the left who always goes on break to avoid helping me and leaves everything to Arturo!
