My Aunt who is dying of cancer, worked for Delta for 43 years, her son (my cousin) and I went to mail some family heirlooms to my mom (her sister) with the Delta discount she much deserved and EARNED and the manager denied her discount because she wasn't present. We asked if we could get her on the phone to verify and the manager said NO. She then called ALL the other stores to tell them not to help us during this desperate time of need. DO NOT SHIP HERE! Rude, inconsiderate and uncaring! She went out of her way to make a horrible situation worse. I am rethinking ever using Fedex for in the future. Who acts like this? Just evil.

The employee Francisco refused to give me a receipt and falsely told me the refund would come from my bank. Instead of helping, he brought another customer (a white woman) into the situation to defend him, even though I never spoke to her. I was then ganged up on, told my time was up, and forced out of the store, while my money was kept. This felt like discriminatory treatment and completely unprofessional. I have video evidence of the incident and will be filing formal complaints and disputing the charge.
