- IVInformation ViolationsDec 23, 20251.0To the store manager : December 23rd ,2025 I was charged $20 even though the machine was broken and nothing printed. The employee Francisco refused to give me a receipt and falsely told me the refund would come from my bank. Instead of helping, he brought another customer (a white woman) into the situation to defend him, even though I never spoke to her. I was then ganged up on, told my time was up, and forced out of the store, while my money was kept. This felt like discriminatory treatment and completely unprofessional. I have video evidence of the incident and will be filing formal complaints and disputing the charge.
