The worker saw the documents as I was packaging them in an envelope, and said that they’re not allowed to mail POAs to India. I looked up the rules in front of the worker, it only says they can’t send things to sanctioned countries (India isn’t sanctioned).I showed it to the worker, and they said they still couldn’t do it. Mind you, I had to get the documents’ notary approved by the secretary of state in Sacramento. If the Sec. of State is fine with it, why can’t USPS send it? Terrible service, now I have to go through a more expensive delivery service because apparently the workers at USPS can just make up their own rules
