A tall man spoke rudely to another employee and didn't even apologize after he realized he was wrong. He then continued to egg the employee on. Thr culture there must be super low because this is not the first time I see this. Very unfortunate for their workers.

The most concerning incident happened when I asked a black female employee for the restroom code. Instead of providing it, she refused and began asking me personal questions. I stayed silent and waited for the code, but she escalated the situation by repeating the same questions louder, as though my silence was a problem and she would force me into small talk. She then told me she wouldn’t give me the code because I wouldn’t answer her questions about my day. When I walked away to find someone else, she finally yelled the code after me, adding a negative remark about me being “rude” for not engaging in small talk. Additionally, when I first called the store to speak with someone in the shipping department, there was no greeting or basic professionalism. After a long pause, the employee simply said, “I’m listening,” with no introduction or offer to help. Overall, the lack of courtesy and professionalism from multiple employees is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the store. 11/20/25 4:30PM
