  We took in a package to this UPS store and dropped it off. Later on, the store staff found there was something wrong with the way we had labeled the box, so the system would not accept it. Associate Devynn did not stand by but looked us up and called us to let us know what we needed to fix, and also Becky and Diana helped too. They assisted in getting the box fixed and correctly labelled and followed the action through. I was really impressed with their care factor and reach-out to make sure the item was correctly sent. Thanks so much!

  I had a rough day been turned around from USPS the representative behind the counter was so rude... So when had to visit this location because it was the closest to me the representative here was a breath of fresh air!!! I give this location and staff a five star rating !!!!!

  The Notary here is not doing her job correctly. She tried to overcharge me for a notarization today, Little did she know I am also a commissioned notary and I know what I’m talking about. With notaries are doing things like this there’s a Little did she know I am also a commissioned notary and I know what i’m talking about and when I pushed back, she Decided not to complete my notarization because she was offended, even though as a customer, I have a right to question what’s being put before me especially if I know better. I then went to another UPS store (on Albertoni) where my documents were notarized correctly and I was charged the correct amount. The state of California regulates what notaries can charge for general notary work and you can only charge per NOTARIZED signature. She was trying to charge me for every signature when only six were to be notarized. I will be reporting the store to the Secretary of State So you might not want to have any of your documents notarized here.

  They almost NEVER scan the mail when they receive it. So 9/10 when I come to this store to pick up a package they always have a bad attitude and cant find my packages because they just throw them wherever in the store instead of scanning them upon receipt and placing them in a designated bin. Absolutely outrageous the amount of incompetency I have to deal with every time I come pick up my packages. Today they blame me for their lack of competency by telling me I confused them when I told them the package was delivered by DHL and not USPS. Well what does it matter what courier I told you delivered the package when you are unable to verify in your system who delivered the package because you never scan them, organize them and place them in a designated location in the store? Smh
